About me

After various creative and design experiences, I found my way to goldsmithing. I graduated in Hanau in 2022 and founded Yabo in the same year.

For me, jewelry design combines everything that interests me: form, fashion, material, and craftsmanship. It gives me the opportunity to work directly with my hands and translate ideas into tangible objects. I find inspiration in various creative fields, especially in architecture, which has a major influence on my formal language. I enjoy working experimentally and intuitively with materials, techniques, and forms.

My work is based on the idea of transformation. I like the contrast between hard materials and soft, organic shapes. For me, jewelry is not just an object, but comes into being through its interaction with the body.

It is important to me to create pieces that are individual and at the same time timeless, not in the sense of trends, but in their longevity over time. Each piece is designed to be worn for a long time, to grow with the wearer and become part of their everyday life. At the same time, it is important to me that jewelry is more than an object; it should evoke a feeling, strengthen self-confidence and give the people who wear it something that feels right and natural.
